Voorpos is always looking for ways to make your short-term insurance service more innovative and convenient. With that in mind, we are now offering our clients an e-signing service, for all important documentation.

Not only is this a fast and convenient way to receive and sign documents, it also supports our goal of “going green”. This eco-friendly service will enable Voorpos to go completely paperless! As our team continues to make small changes to ensure we contribute to a better tomorrow, we urge you to consider doing the same.

Going forward, we will be sending all documentation in an editable PDF format through our e-signing system. All you need is your computer to fill in the forms, and your phone for verification purposes.

Here is an easy step-by-step guide on how the e-sign system works:

• You will receive an email with a link from pleasesign@quicklysign.com
• Click on the VIEW DOCUMENT button.
• You will now receive a 4-digit One Time Pin (OTP) on your cell phone. Enter the OTP in the space provided.
• The document should open and be ready for you to complete.
• The system will also remind you of certain fields that are compulsory before proceeding.
• Once you have completed and signed the document, click on SUBMIT.
• The system will automatically send you an email with a signed final copy of the document for your records.

Kindly ensure that your email address on our system is correct. If we do not have your current email address, please contact us immediately so that we can update it on your behalf.
